Leadership Development has been a part of the heart of Crossgates for many years. Leaders in all areas of the church, including Pastors, Teachers, Missionaries, Worship Leaders, and Production/Creatives have been raised up and released for ministry. Crossgates is now taking that heart and turning it into their mission; to raise up Spirit-filled leaders that know how to sense God’s presence, navigate His voice, and lead His people.
If you have a desire to Discover your call, Develop your call, and be Deployed in your call to ministry, then Leadership Development is the place for you. Crossgates will be strategic in their mission of creating Spirit-filled leaders through three different opportunities: Summer Internship, 9-month Internship, and Adult Development. We welcome each of you to take a closer look at these opportunities so you can better understand where you might be called.
