ADULT LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Our Adult Leadership Development opportunity is designed to help men and women learn how to be Spirit-filled, Spirit-led, and Spirit-released. This 8-week journey will walk participants through a holistic, transformative experience that will empower them to discover and live out their God-given purpose in the context of Kingdom ministry.

Adult Leadership Development was a pivotal season where God clarified His calling on my life, and opened doors to explore that calling in a safe and teachable environment. This season has been preparing me for the challenges and responsibility of full-time ministry.

Adult Leadership Development

September 8 – November 3 , 2025

During this 8-week cohort you will be participating in a classroom environment on Monday nights from 6:30-8:30pm.

We will focus on:

1. Intentional learning through teaching, personal reflection, and community engagement.

2. Personal discovery of your calling, giftings, and passions for Kingdom ministry.

3. Strategic tools and concepts to help you lead yourself and others more effectively.
