SUMMER INTERNSHIP

Our Summer Internship is for students in high school or college that have been called to ministry or are sensing a call to ministry and are interested in learning more about what that looks like. There will be nine weeks of learning about yourself, what you may be called to, and how that might work in the context of everyday ministry.

“The summer internship was special to me because it allowed me to step fully into my call to ministry.”

DANIEL BAILEY

“The summer internship helped me step out of my comfort zone and serve in new areas that I didn’t serve in before.”

EMILY HARVEL

“I loved the summer internship because I got to see what it was like to work in ministry and see how much of an impact it can make on people.”

LUKE PATRICK

Is this for me?

Our purpose is to train up Spirit-filled leaders to discover their calling, know how to sense God’s voice, navigate His presence, and develop their capacity as future leaders for church and outside opportunities.

Thank you for your interest in the Summer Internship at Crossgates. During the nine weeks you will participate with other interns in a team environment three days per week in the following ways:

•Discover – What it means to be Spirit-filled/Spirit-led; Leadership; Missions/Evangelism; and Preaching Workshops.
•Develop – Serve in Crossgates Church activities like Food Pantry, Kids Camp/VBS prep, mentoring with church staff, accountability groups, and leadership intensives.
•Deploy – Participate in local mission and ministry opportunities to apply what you are learning.
The Summer Internship primarily meets on-campus with some off-campus activities.

We would love to talk with you about becoming a part of our 2025 Summer Internship.
