TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The Shuttle Team helps guests safely and conveniently travel from designated off-campus parking areas to the Crossgates campus.
• The Shuttle Team is often one of the first faces of Crossgates. Every ride is an opportunity to welcome guests, serve them well, and help them feel at home.
TEAM EXPECTATIONS:
• Prepare in prayer. Every Sunday is an opportunity for someone to encounter the Lord. We have the privilege of serving people in the small things that can make a big difference.
• Serve when scheduled and communicate to your team leader when you need a replacement. Communication is essential to ensuring our guests have a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Be on time. Arrive early enough to prepare the shuttle and be ready before guests begin arriving.
• Serve with passion, excellence, and spiritual eyes. Focusing on guests is priority #1. Greet each guest with a smile, offer assistance when needed, and look for opportunities to make their experience better.
• Prioritize safety. Drive carefully, follow all traffic laws and Crossgates procedures, and never rush. The safety of our guests is always the priority.
• Dress prepared for the weather. You may be serving both on and off campus, so come prepared for the weather and ready to serve in each season. We will provide Crossgates-branded rain jackets.
