Parking Team

TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Whether you are serving at an entrance, guiding traffic in an aisle, or directing a crosswalk, the Parking Team aims to smoothly and safely move people in and out of our parking lots.

•The Parking Team is the first face of Crossgates as people walk to the building to encounter the Presence of the Lord.

TEAM EXPECTATIONS:

•Prepare in prayer. Every Sunday is an opportunity for someone to encounter the Lord. We have the privilege of walking someone into His presence by doing the small things that affect big things.

•Serve when scheduled and communicate to your team leader when you need a replacement. Communication is essential of the coordination for all the moving pieces of the Parking Team.

•Be on time. The first thing people do when they arrive at Crossgates is park. It is important to be prepared before they arrive on campus.

•Serve with passion, excellence, and spiritual eyes. Focusing on guests is priority #1. Be aware of things happening around you and limit lengthy personal conversations.

•Dress prepared for the weather. We will provide Crossgates branded t-shirts and rain jackets. However, come prepared to stand your post during each season.
