TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Plan and prepare mission opportunities and mission trips for people of every age and stage represented at Crossgates.
•Work with OneHope team and local ministry partner to ensure that the endeavor is beneficial and is Gospel centered.
TEAM EXPECTATIONS:
•Prepare in prayer.
•Identify need(s) in the community/state and strategically plan ways Crossgates can meet tangible needs and advance the Gospel.
•Create a budget for missions opportunity or trip. Proceed with plans once proposed budget has been approved by OneHope. Manage budget and keep OneHope updated as plans for the endeavor proceed.
•Coordinate scheduling. Plan date and time for opportunity or trip; reserve lodging and rental spaces (if needed). Schedule team meetings as needed.
•Encourage people of Crossgates to make a Kingdom difference in our community and state by looking for ways to meet the needs of others.
•Serve with passion, commitment, and excellence. Our desire is that you are able to serve with the gifts and passions God has given you.
