TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Commit to serve during a mission opportunity and mission trip.
•Work with OneHope team and local ministry partner to ensure that the endeavor is beneficial and is Gospel centered.
TEAM EXPECTATIONS:
•Prepare in prayer.
•Identify ways that you can use your God-given gifts and talents to make much of Christ through the endeavor you are engaged in.
•Don’t assume what a ministry partner needs. Be willing to have conversations about how you can best encourage and assist them.
•Stay within budget guidelines given by team leader.
•Be prompt for team meetings and team obligations during the mission opportunity/trip.
•Remain committed to stay positive during the missions opportunity/trip. Be intentional about serving and intentional about making a Kingdom difference in our community and state by looking for ways to meet the needs of others.
•Serve with passion, commitment, and excellence. Our desire is that you are able to serve with the gifts and passions God has given you.
