TEAM ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•The +1More Coordinator encourages members of PrimeTimers 55+ to invite guests to participate and helps them feel they are welcome and part of the community.
•The Decorations Coordinator oversees a team of volunteers who work together to provide themed décor for lunches and dinners throughout the year.
•The Trip Coordinator plans a variety of outings for members of all stages and abilities, including day trips, overnight trips, and mission trips.
•The Missions Coordinator directs the lead team to choose a mission emphasis for each quarter toward which group members can pray, participate, and give.
•The Food Coordinator oversees a team of volunteers who help with serving and works with the staff Food Ministry Director to coordinate menus.
•The Greeter Coordinator oversees a team of volunteers who are stationed at entrances to welcome and offer direction to all who attend events.
•The Photographer captures moments throughout the year in the life of PrimeTimers 55+ and shares the files to the digital album.
TEAM EXPECTATIONS:
•Prepare in prayer before each event. Ask the Lord to give you His heart for His people, and allow the Holy Spirit to lead you in all you conversations and communication.
•Dress appropriately. At PrimeTimers 55+ events, dress in a manner that would honor Christ and not cause others to stumble.
•Serve with passion, commitment, and excellence. Above all else, remember that you represent Jesus Christ. Conduct yourself worthy of His calling on your life, leaning on His direction for all of your ministry opportunities.
