TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES:
•The NextGen Creative Team volunteers at services and events through audio/visual support and photo/video production.
•Our Creative Team works to create content for social media and develop merchandise/branding for the NextGen ministry to capture what God is doing.
TEAM EXPECTATIONS:
•Worship. Regularly attend and actively engage in our church-wide worship services, and commit to grow as a Christian in all facets of life.
•Prepare in prayer. We desire to fill every aspect of our ministry with praying people, even when they’re behind the scenes.
•Serve when scheduled and communicate to your team leader when you need a replacement.
•Be on time and work promptly with the Creative Team projects.
•Dress appropriately. Dress in a manner that would honor Christ and not distract others or cause them to stumble.
•Serve with passion, commitment, and excellence. Seeing how you follow Jesus can be just as impactful to a student as what you teach about following Jesus.
