TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES:
•The lead team will help plan, lead, implement, and assess the Summer, 9 Month, and Adult Development programs.
TEAM EXPECTATIONS:
•Prepare in prayer. Pray for the wisdom to create and implement a strong leadership development ministry.
•Invest appropriate skills and knowledge into the building, administrating, and leading process.
•Work well in a team-based collaboration type environment.
•Be available for meetings, tasks, and projects as needed.
