TEAM RESPONSIBILITES:
•Identify and invite those who are grieving pregnancy loss and infertility to receive ministry.
•Love those in the depths of pregnancy loss and infertility through gifts and service, as needs are identified.
•Help bear burdens, defeat isolation, and point them to Jesus.
•Cultivate a wealth of resources for each stage of the pregnancy loss and infertility journey.
•Bridge a gap for those who were participating in the ministries of Wonderfully Made (expectant parents) and Embrace Grace (expectant single mothers), but are no longer expecting.
•Communicate discovered needs and updates in one of these ways:

TEAM EXPECTATIONS:
•Prepare in prayer. Ask the Lord to give you His heart for His people, and to allow the Holy Spirit to lead you in all conversations and communication.
•Dress appropriately. When making any visits, dress in a manner that would honor Christ and not cause others to stumble.
•Serve with passion, commitment, and excellence. Above all else, remember that you represent Jesus Christ. Conduct yourself worthy of His calling on your life, leaning on His direction for all your ministry opportunities.
•Communicate. If you need a break or are just going through a busy season, let us know! We’d love to pray with you and for you in any way we can.
