TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES:
•As a greeter, you will be asked to welcome people at different entrances to our church and worship center, attend to the needs of guests at our first-time guest table, and be available to our guests at the information desk to help answer questions or get them to a specific location in our church (restrooms, LifeGroups, etc.).
TEAM EXPECTATIONS:
•Prepare in prayer. Every Sunday is an opportunity for someone to encounter the Lord. We have the privilege of walking someone into His presence by doing the small things that affect big things.
•Serve when scheduled. Please make every effort to show up when it is your turn to serve. If a situation arises where you cannot make it, please communicate the need for a replacement. Communication is essential with the amount of moving pieces each and every Sunday.
•Be on time. Make every effort to arrive 15 minutes ahead of time to receive your assignment for the day and be in place as our guests begin to arrive.
•Serve with passion, excellence, and spiritual eyes. Focusing on guests is priority #1. Be aware of things happening around you and limit lengthy personal conversations.
•Dress appropriately. Please dress in a manner that honors Christ and His church. We do not want to create unnecessary obstacles for people, especially with things we can control.
