TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Serve as a content expert for what God is doing in a specific country or among a specific people group where Crossgates is currently engaged with ministry.
•Engage in conversations with individuals and LifeGroups to encourage them and to keep them up to date on opportunities to participate with God’s work.
TEAM EXPECTATIONS:
•Study up. Be aware of specific opportunities that are available to serve with your designated country/people group and know specific stories of what God is doing there.
•Pray. Your passion for this country or people group should inspire you to actively pray for God’s activity there and for God to raise up laborers to serve there.
•Speak out. Be a champion of this country/people group to others. Engage in conversations with individuals and LifeGroups who are interested in this same country/people group and encourage them to participate with OneHope mission activities there.
•Encourage. Encourage our ministry partners on the field by maintaining contact with them and praying with them.
•Report. As you engage with our church family and ministry partners, relay any important information to our OneHope team.
•Serve with passion, commitment, and excellence. Our desire is that you are able to serve with the gifts and passions God has given you.
