TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Create and convey ideas for the branding of the ministry through merchandise and other branding opportunities.
•Present what is happening within our ministry to people outside of our ministry.
•Gather, create, and suggest content that can be used for posts on our social media platforms; capture what God is doing in our ministry through photos and videos.
TEAM EXPECTATIONS:
•Worship. Even as a volunteer, we encourage you to worship through what you are doing and to follow the Holy Spirit when he is leading you to respond.
•Prepare in prayer. Spend time preparing for the service with personal worship, prayer, and time in the word.
•Serve when scheduled. If you are unable to serve the week you are scheduled for, decline as soon as you can and let the point person know.
•Be on time. Consistently arrive at your position on time based on the times specified by team leaders.
•Dress appropriately. Dress in a manner that would honor Christ and not distract others or cause them to stumble.
•Lead and serve with passion, commitment, and excellence. You are the first face our people will see. You have been entrusted by our ministry to welcome people into our family! It is vital to serve in a way that is both glorifying to the Lord and encouraging to our people.
•Communicate. If you need a break or feel burnt out or are just going through a busy season, let us know! We’d love to pray with you and for you in any way we can.
