TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Lead volunteers and assign volunteers to make calls to clients, utility companies, etc.
•Serve as Crossgates’ representative for Mississippi Benevolence and other assistance programs. Maintain great standing with others in our community.
•Work with OneHope staff to ensure that the budget is maintained.
TEAM EXPECTATIONS:
•Be prepared in prayer. Pray your way through each phone call and communication.
•Oversee Benevolence budget.
•Communicate with clients regularly. Make phone calls and schedule appointments for those seeking assistance.
•Work with local utility companies and/or landlords to pay utilities and/or partial rent for individuals and families in the community who face extenuating circumstances.
•Serve as the liaison between OneHope staff and volunteers to ensure that all paperwork is current.
•Serve with passion, commitment, and excellence. Our desire is that you are able to serve with the gifts and passions God has given you.
