Family: Les and I married in October 1972. We have 3 married children and 2 grandchildren.
Saved: My family did not attend church when I was a child. However, a friend of mine invited me to an overnight church retreat for children when I was 10. That night the speaker told us that we were sinners, that we did things that were displeasing to our parents, friends and God. I identified with that. He said that we deserved punishment for our sins. I understood that. He told us we could be punished for our sin or accept the fact that the perfectly sinless Son of God, Jesus Christ, was punished in our place for our sins. God tugged at my heart that night and I gave my life to God through Jesus Christ. God began a work of transforming me that continues to this day.
Education: B.S. degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Mississippi Medical Center

One of My Greatest Experiences with God: God has allowed me to experience so many amazing times with His presence, His power to transform, heal, and restore. He is an amazing God!
